Candor Technology Namibia (PTY) Ltd was founded in April 2007. The Office was officially opened in September 2007 in 162 Jan Jonker Road Windhoek.
Having been awarded the sole agency for Unison Communication Products in Namibia the key focus will be to install, maintain and support the products of Unison in Namibia. Unison Products have been around in Namibia for over 12 years, the biggest challenge will be to divert the current customer base of 250 Companies to the new Platform “Galactrix”.

Volker Engling: (born 4th of February 1978 in Windhoek, Namibia)
Successfully completed high school in Pretoria, South Africa in 1996, thereafter a quick introduction into the hotel / restaurant industry he moved on to the ICT Industry in 1998 in Munich, Germany. Having spent 1 ½ years working for Microsoft Germany in the Training and Certification Depart he was offered a great opportunity to further his technical skills at Compaq Computer Corporation in Munich Germany.
Home is home and Volker moved back to Windhoek in 2001 for AST Namibia. Building up the Sales department with his wife to be he left AST Namibia to gather experience in the Application hosting environment at Logical Networks. In 2004 another great opportunity came up which Volker could not miss, Comztek South Africa decided to spread there Wings into Africa. Volker headed up Comztek Namibia for 3 ½ years till the end of June 2007.
Volker brings with him a wealth of experience and good leadership. A dedicated and motivated Salesman who gets the business done in time.

Willem Steenkamp: (born 3rd of June 1976 in Johannesburg, South Africa)
After High School in 1994 Willem’s whole family moved to his fathers birthplace, Namibia where he got involved in the building industry.
One year later Willem received his working holiday Visa for the UK where he stayed and traveled for 2 years. On his return he was inspired to become a patriot of Namibia and joined the tourism industry. After qualifying as a Professional Tour Guide and guiding trips for approximately 3 years, Willem opted for a new career challenge and enrolled at Prestige College in Cape Town for a MSCE, LINUX AND NOVELL courses. After completion he joined Dimension Data Namibia (previously known as ICT Holdings) where he spent the last 5 years building his experience in the technical and sales departments.
Willem has a good Technical and Sales back round with excellent interpersonal skill. His friendliness and positive personality will inspire most.
Willem is a dedicated hard worker who has a life motto “Hard work has never scared me. Everything in life is achievable and I am the only person standing in the way of my success.”
